IT Support & Integration Specialist
About the Role
In this role, you will help set up systems, configure interfaces, troubleshoot technical issues and provide IT support across devices and applications. This position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support networking platforms and system connectivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and lab systems
- Set up new desktops/laptops
- Create and manage Microsoft user accounts & system access
- Support cybersecurity best practices and system security hygiene
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT support/systems experience
- Certifications preferred: AWS, Azure, Endpoint Protection, O365, DLP
- Hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft O365, Windows & Office Suite, Teams, cloud storage and common business applications
- Experience with creating and managing Microsoft user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Familiarity with EMR systems and remote support tools
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and data security protocols
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset
